As title says, looking for a PvE character. Single race preferred, focused and must have T2 tank and weapons with good support skills. No waste in Industry, PI, Trade etc. Budget up to 15bn for the right character.

No wasted SP this is a 2007 character so has some skills that are skilled as the old skill system bloodline gave you certain skills to 5 - 3 etc
