but just so you know someone will have to be crazy to spend almost 1B per million SP i'd be shocked if you ever see any offers remotely close to that 8B mark

I'll give you 5b b/o for this, honestly ratting ishtar characters are going for not much more even with perfect skills. This one still needs some work, I think you should consider lowering your buyout. Let me know what you thnk
