Figured I would try here before submitting a ticket.

The launcher has not worked correctly since the updated the day before Mosaic launched. At first it was stuck in offline mode, repair did nothing to fix, finally found work-around in another thread where I reinstalled the launcher using this link:

The launcher still did not work correctly, it would throw exceptions and would have a progress bar at the bottom saying 0 of 0 bytes downloaded, but at least I could start the client using the evefile.exe in the bin folder.

Since this I have noticed that the client keeps bugging out, often not loading models/icons/effects/environments/etc that were working fine just a moment before. It will compound until I close and restart the client after prob 30-45 minutes.

I have now completely uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher/client, and I am still having the same issues with exceptions/etc. If anyone has feedback on how to fix this, please let me know.
