Clone Soldier Tag Exchange broken?

Anyone else having issues with Clone Soldier Tag Exchange?

I'm in a Security Office, I have both the tags and ISK that is needed and when I click the "Exchange Tags" button nothing happens.

Is it just me?
Is it just a certain station?
Did anyone successfully hand in tags today?
Any ideas?

same just tried. and this definitly is holding me back from an way to play as i need to go to a market hub . grrrrrrrr
