Which Relic and Data sites have the best average payout? Null sec, or higher class wormhole?

I was unable to actually compare them in my covert ops frigate yesterday, considering every high class wormhole relic/data site I found was guarded by sleepers, where the null sec sites were unguarded. This leads me to believe the higher class wormhole sites will be more lucrative. Can anyone confirm, deny, or add any additional information?

Relic and Data in C4 and above are more like combat sites than exploration. Isk there comes mainly from blue loot and salvage. Lower class wormholes can have Null sites.

There's the ninja raiding of C4 and above relic/data sites to get the Talocan cruiser if it's there. Needs 2 spider BS and a bookmark.
Not sure of the value tho, been ages since i did that.
