Suitable NPSI community for my timezone?

I live in the GMT +8 timezone and I would very much like to join in some NPSI action.

Are there any NPSI communities that are active in the 3-4 hours right after the daily downtime? Since I am mostly only available to play at this time.

You're always welcome to come join our roams.

They are more NBSI and based in null and lowsec. See my sig (no need to join Corp, it just gives you an idea about us) and if you want to join in, we roam Friday through Sunday and Wednesdays post-DT.

I read once that RvB has fleets together where they roam in an NPSI ROE.

Redemption Road is Australian time zone, check out their channel. Also you should have Spectre Fleet on your channel list, fleets depend on FC's preferences, there was an influx of many new Jr.FCs lately.

Try Spectre Fleet channel they have fleets going all the time used to fly with them often before i moved to null...
