This guy is a mission running monster. I used this guy with a Pith-A type small shield booster tengu setup and could breeze through level 4's no problem. Blitzing them was super easy because I could tank the entire room. He was created and skilled for the tengu and his skill training reflects that. I did dabble in a Raven once but went back to the tengu as I preferred it for missions.
