I hate to make a post for this, but what sites can a Tengu get in to?

Sorry for an almost extraneous post, but I'm reading a lot of conflicting information. Some of it must be outdated. Let's set the record straight.

If I fly a Tengu for probing out sites, which gated combat sites will restrict me? I'm currently reading that 4/10 and up are accessible?

last time i seen was 3/10 and lower were restricted, so yes you are right

Earlier this year T3 cruisers started getting into DED 4's, but CCP subsequently said it was a bug and they fixed the problem in a patch.

If you get into them now you might want to keep it to yourself.

Tech3s can't enter 3/10 or 4/10s. The only exception to this is, if you got them as escalations and not by scanning them down as signatures. But that might have been patched too, i'm not sure.

just use a gila, it's better than a tengu anyway at doing this.

Not really but its not like theres a choice anymore. T3 was blocked from those sites for just being too good at the whole process. Literally. Ccp wanted newer players to be competitive at highsec exploration.
