API's should be able to be saved in your corp window so I can enter in the API's and easily click them to check on differn't members if we wanted to. As a corp you need to recheck API's and the way it';s set up we have a huge ordeal to do so.

Also shouldn't Eve have it's own API checker connected to it ?

No. There are plenty of third party software tools designed exactly for corp management.

You can already check on up their location, ship they are flying, and last time they logged on through corp management.

If you want to dig deeper that that open up whatever program you use and do it. If it's a huge ordeal you are doing it wrong.

So no. EVE should not have it's own API checker attached to it because API checks are not the same for each group. Some groups just verify the characters belong to the correct API, others go deep enough to comb through isk transfers, purchases, forum posting, kills and losses, and past EVE-mails.
