Missing Descriptions for Systems/Regions/Etc?

Sitting in game and we noticed that the descriptions for Regions and Systems have been reverted to the default..

EC-P8R, 7Q-8Z2, O-OVOQ, Black Rise..

Is this a bug, or is this intentional?

If it's Intentional, it's a damn shame. I think there should be unique descriptions for as many systems, constellations, regions in Eve as can be mustered.. Making them all plain and boring is lame. There's enough Eve Lore and in-game events to give all regions and most systems something unique :(

Regions used to have an unique description to them but they've been removed not too long ago for whatever reason.
