Solid PVP toon, it some a tiny bit of indy but the rest are one we pvpers would want for pve. This toon got a decent killboard for you to start with. Its already a perfect tengu and could be easly brought to be a perfect legion. A lot of potential. Yes I recently bought this toon, but that does not make the toon crap.

Toon has caldari dread skills and could ealsy be brought to get a carrier.

69M SP - are in level 4-5

Guardian angels = 9.90
Caldari Navy= 9.74

Plus many many more

BTW this char is blacklisted in many alliances now. he was used to AWOX.
