Launcher Error 101/105

Starting the launcher at work for Eve never gives me the ability to login, I get either error 101 or 105 if you click and drag where the login boxes are supposed to come up. It doesn't matter if I am using wireless or wired connection. This happens on a standard Eve account as well as a Steam Eve account. I don't have this problem at home with the same laptops. Both connections are through the same ISP (AT&T DSL). I control the router in both locations.


However, if I log in to eve gate or account management in Chrome and minimize the window, the launcher comes up and allows me to login. So there is a fix, but I hate logging in to the website just to start the launcher.
