CCP - You havent learnt a thing

CCP after years of ignoring problems, customer back lash, Burn Jita, you still haven't learnt a thing.

YOUR customers have issues, clearly something is wrong BUT you ignore the growing list of complaints, For 3 days now I too have been having issues login into eve, one account which I only just re-subbed I've been unable to login to this account.

WHY can't one of the many DEVS - GM - ISD or CCP employee of some kind, hell get the kid that fetches the lunches every day justs post a comment just acknowledging our problems,

IS communication in CCP a friggin skill you have yet to inject?

Post your frustrations here so hopefully CCP might might just have a think.

only thing I have to say is re-enable the clients ability to update the game. That way when the launcher dies like it frequently does, there is another option.

Was a sad day when you couldn't rely on exefile because they removed the update from it.

I've gotten the game to work by using the Full Install option for the launcher. It's 4 parts at 1.8gb each, so, it'll take a few hours to download and install. But I've had it going with no problems for a full day now.

CCP, indeed, shameful that I had to go through so much trouble to find an answer, and still have yet to hear back from even a forum rep.
