This competition is available to be entered by all. The winner will be decided by who gives Noragen the biggest nose bleed. Also I think Tora wanted to help judge it so he can also give away an award and or prize if he wishes (although personally I wanted to see him enter). Anything goes. Photoshop, Concord approved items and hats are all encouraged.

This is kinda the idea. Personally I can't Photoshop to save myself but I always enjoy seeing what others can do with various tools
