I recently bought new PC and ofc i want to install EVE there (else new pc is usless)

Can i copy it from my previous PC (laptop)? Or I need to download it again?

Few years ago i copied EVE and everything worked fine, but now after scylia and cache im not sure if it would work.

Tes.

Should still be unchanged (though I haven't tested it). What CCP basically did was mutate the EVE program into a core executables and offload all the resource files into the shared cache.
Just copy the entire CCP folder as before.

P.S. It might take a bit of time to run through all the itsy-bitsy 60K files in the resource cache.
This particular design greatly annoys me tbh.

Edit: Ah yes, I almost forgot. The shared cache is completely independent and when Scylla was launched it asked for an install path.
If you had defaulted it to the CCP folder, then no issues. If you had specified any other location, then you need to configure the Launcher setting and re-point the Shared cache correctly.

If anyone interested: its not working when hard copied.

Did you try copying over:

C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\CCP

As well?

Edit: Actually, copying over everything in and in the sub-directories of:

C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData

to a new computer when moving from one to the next can be helpful for replicating the functionality of software you had previously installed on an old machine. Of course, if there were any flaws or mis-configurations of software in your old machine those too will likely be copied over. So in closure, proceed at your own risk, YMMV, it may be better to keep your system wholly fresh.

OP you're not fully grasping what had been written.

Post Scylla, the EVE install was separated into 2 parts :
1) Core executables - typical default path "c:\program file\ccp\eve"
2) Shared cache resources - typical default path "c:\programdata\ccp\shared cache"

This "shared cache folder" in 2) can be moved or copied to just about any location as you prefer. Enjoy transferring the 60K+ files.
The next important step is to fire up the launcher, go into Settings and change cache location under Download tab to the CORRECT path i.e. wherever you dumped to.
Afterwards, end-task or terminate the launcher process to interrupt its auto DL. Restart it and you should be able to log in (minus the connectivity issues with the launcher these past few days).

To get back your client settings, that's a separate task.
See post #4 above or lookup the EVE forum search for in-depth articles on it.
