I get this error with the launcher if I click cancel

Failed to download update for eve launcher

if I click ok I get login screen BUT when I enter password play button is greyed out, cant click play

I got this occasionally when trying to get the game to work as well. The more you mess with it, the worse your connection to EVE will get and the more problems your launcher will throw. Best wait to play until they've managed to sort this launcher problem out, or decide to host updates manually when users have massive issues like this.

this is ccp deleting the boot.ini again ?

They letting the ginger play with eve again ?
