Does the recent world news article (http://community.eveonline.com/news/news-channels/world-news/caldari-navy-hands-impounded-serpentis-vessel-to-propel-dynamics) suggest there might be more d-scan modifiers coming? Or is this just the skin system? I don't know what this CISC thing is.

Maybe more in the realm of making an Ishtar look like a Vexor on overview, or a Cerberus as a Caracal.

Would be hilarious and create a heap of tears if it happens, but I think this is just skin related too.
