eve launcher and forums playing up

as above when i open my launcher i am presented with a white box then a time out box, if i close these and launch the game again it all works fine, also the launcher seems rather sluggish this last 24hrs

also same happens with the forums when i first attempt to open forums the connection could not be made if i close browser and reopen everything is fine, this is not in my opinion a problem with my end of the connection.

having similiar problem last couple of days. not getting the white box second picture. also having problems getting on the forums.

like you say if i close launcher down and relaunch it then seems to connect. got onto the forums by using link from the launcher.

just logged on my computer for 2nd time today , still having same problems as above . Uk player here.

Had this for most of today on two clients, been able to get around the launcher using the EVE exe file. Had problems with forums also.

same here for the past 24 hours or so.

The launcher typically goes to offline mode (as it is as I'm typing this). Restarting the launcher a couple times can bring up the username/pw entry, but the Tranquility server status is (Unknown) so I still can't login.

Restarting multiple times again I can sometimes get the Tranquility status (Online), but the 'Play' button stays greyed out after I enter my name and password. If I let the launcher sit at this stage, after 5-15 minutes the update bar can (but not always) finally load and the 'Play' button will turn yellow and work normally.

Launching the game from the bin/exefile.exe works fine through all of this.

Issues with launcher primarily, shows as no connection, have to restart is several time to get login option and then it often shows tq status as Unknown. However, upon entering credentials, starts game normally.
Annoying.

also today i got a new error from the launcher moaning about the offline mode.

Remote Info-File could not be fetched.

Please check your internet connection.

The problems i was having, which which started on friday seem to have gone. Been able to get on the forums ok , using my internet browser without having to use a link from the launcher to do so. EvE launcher was working ok and connecting on the first attempt.

Still having issues here. Patch will download rapidly until about 50%, then slow to a crawl at about .1% every 30 seconds.
