I will not sit on the bench for my own case, but for this one I can do.

The Jury has been approached by unidentified parties, looking to bribe their way for a certain verdict. This needs further investigating, as mentioned by respected Jury member Danalee.

This can escalate quickly and unpredictably, and I, myself, am on the lookout for suicide bombers outside my residence and place of work.

Concerning the scrotumite issue:

We have ascertained that it is in high demand in the S & I subforum. Industrialists seem to have an insatiable need for it. I'm sure that's what inspired these heinous crimes.

As far as the location of the scrotumite in question, we haven't been able to get our hands on it. I don't think it's as large as we were lead to believe. The investigation itself has been a bit of a sticky issue, with our agent's cover being nearly blown on multiple occasions.

Despite our efforts, no substantial hard evidence was produced.

It's been a particularly sweaty investigation. All of the Velators destroyed in the investigation were verified to be legitimate and the noobs inside were dubbed "retained."

At this time I'm ready to release the industrial scrotumite issue and allow this portion of the investigstion to be closed as "unsubstantiated."

We will have to be vigilant incase more crimes are committed.

Let the courts records show that proof has still yet to be given.

This should be labeled a mistrial under act 420-69 'failure to provide substantial proof'. All records of this proceeding will be wiped from the accused records as of no later than Whenever. Also a counter claim should be brought forth against the accuser to be held in a public forum off the undock of the Amarr Station (Oris). A jury of Our Honors choosing will be on hand shall the preliminary arguments prove fruitful.

Signatures wer cooler when we couldn't remove them completely.
