I think you will have an easier and cheaper time raising Caldari Navy standings if you come to one of the L4 agent hubs especially the hi-sec ones. There are many solo players who would love the assistance and share the mission with you. If you take only the standings and return the rewards to them after the mission - they will be even more happier to help you out.

Easiest, cheapest, most convenient way to raise levels.

If you want it done without any time put in then I would say that to get your level to from 0-7 would cost you around 1.5 bil atleast. Remember seeing a forum post in another division about it when I went info hunting.

Go talk to the One Night Standings people in the .ONS. channel. They have fair prices and I know lots of market people who use them to get better transaction costs.

CCP Quant: Of all those who logon in Eve, 1.5% do Incursions, 13.8% PVP and 19.2% run Missions while 22.4% mine.

40.7% Join a fleet. The idea that Eve is a PVP game is false, the social fabric is in Missions and Mining.
