Exactly, what even worse. May be I don't understand well in English and I had no idea I must go into account page. I do use account page only once for selecting my subscription. There is no reason to go into account page unless I want to change something in my subscription.

So thank you CCP for nothing.


Since you were allowed to make a choice of which gift you wanted for each account, you had to do it from a page that required you to log in on each separate account. Account management is already set up this way, and an entirely logical place to choose which gifts your individual accounts received.

I missed my crimbo present by a few hours - resubbed after DT on the 22nd. But not going to cry about it - they have to set some sort of time limit or people would be demanding their pressie in May, them's the breaks.
