Expired key so who knows how accurate the implants are (But they dont really matter to me), Many of the core skills are lacking, its like you could not decide what you wanted to do with the character. If this was a toon with 20m Skillpoints in dedicated things and put togeather right I wouldent think twice about the 11b Buyout. But as it sits, its really only worth about 7 to me.

. So 7.5b Buy out for the faction and the trade skills. It needs too much work in other places to concider it 'fit' for any of the other things.
