This character has a smattering of skills. A lot of the points are in sub-cap Spaceship Command and fitting skills. Eve-Board link follows basic description.

+3% for: Small Projectile Turret, Tracking Speed, Capacitor Capacity, All Turret Damage, and Armor Hitpoints
