I'm a returning player, and I've been out for a few years now, but the itch for EVE has caught me once again, so I've finally come back and decided to give myself a healthy chunk of gametime to get my sea legs back and chow down on as many hulls and rocks as my gullet can handle. As the title states, I'm looking for a group that has (what is to me) a holy trifecta of Industry and PvP while being OK with the occasional highsec shenanigans of piracy and ransoming.

This character is still new, only coming back a few days ago, but my long-term plan is to get myself set up with the core skills, including frigs and dessies, train up some mining skills, then get all three chars on this account into R&D. I'll be moving onto cruisers and bigger ships after that.

I'm most active in the mornings for US timezones, so I suppose that's in the EU primetime, so that's the primary timezone I'm looking for (EU), though I do get chatty on boards and forums in the US timezone.

While I would prefer a lowsec group over other types of space, it seems that most lowsec activity is now in factional warfare space, so nullsec is OK, too. Wormholes sound neat, but from what it looks like, the strategic cruisers are the big ships to go for there, and it's going to be a while before I'm anywhere near those, so I don't think I'll be able to add much to a WH group.

Highsec groups need not apply.

Please note that I'd like to fly a few fleets with you, first, before I actually join, so we can find out if we actually mesh. No sense in joining a group, only to find that our personalities aren't a good match, eh?
