Are there any corps whose Locator Agents are especially well distributed around New Eden? Or are they much of a muchness?

Here's a quick sheet I made that lists all locator agents and on the 2nd tab, counts how many locator agents each NPC corp has. Click File→Make a Copy so you can use the filters at the top.
