If you can remember the name or portrait and use EvEMon, even inactive account APIs will still pull through character info. File > Manage API Keys > tick all of your alts for all accounts.

If you don't use EvEMon, log into Account Management and check your accounts by hand to work out which to resub. Hover over the portrait and the character name will come up.

There was a prompt a while back to get people to register their email addresses across acounts so that they can be linked to the same owner. If you did that you'll probably be able to get this resolved speedily. Start a petition/support ticket ingame or via the forums and explain the issue. If you can verify enough details you might be able to sort a username/pw reset, not sure.

Just be aware how this looks from the perspective of a GM making sure an account isn't being stolen by a 'friend'.

Do all that you can to to get as much info as possible about the accounts you have before you submit a petition. Check any email addresses you may have used to register the account, try pull out credit card or bank records if you paid for your subs etc. The more info you provide the better your chances of getting it sorted. If your alts were in any corps use eve-who to try and track them down.

Submit a ticket in the 'Billing and Account' -> 'Login Issues' category and we should be able to help.

if you have all of your accounts on the same email... you can log into just one and there is a box on your account management page that lets you view all other accounts tied to that email, active or not. i think it tells you the main char name for each.

if you used different emails then i dunno.

If you don't ever delete your emails search for this in the subject line: "Registration Confirmation - Welcome to EVE Online", this hasn't changed in at least 4 years and this email will contain your username.

In the account managements Click 'Account' without selecting something from the drop down. Then in that area you should see an area that has your real name email and that your account is active and stuff. Under that there is another area where you can edit account information or view other accounts sharing your email. click ' Other accounts sharing: email@email' and a pop up will come up with the usernames and status of the accounts.
