Where can I complain about ISD and how they handle stuff?

Topic says it all.

There are times where rules have to be followed and there are times where rules can be bent slightly in favor of the paying party, as long as the general idea of the EULA is followed. Otherwise, party becomes a non-paying party. ISDs are here to give guidance and act in favor of both parties.

I run 12 accounts, paying accounts. I pay as I find CCP deserves the money for something as fun as this piece of work. I enjoy the game as much as I can, but the ISD staff or volunteers (hope they are all over 18) have become extreme. Now I would like to have some input on how to make an official complaint.

only thing i can suggest is to send in a petition but not sure if that goes to the ISD first... other than that i am not sure sorry

What rules are you wanting bent in your favor?

You may or may not have enough paying accounts for certain rules to be lifted for your very special needs. Please be more specific.

Send a petition, file it under the forum category.

I'd expect anywhere up to a month before it gets a reply.

The ISDs do a great job overall, imo.

Yeah, I feel there is some deficiencies in the system, but it doesn't lay with the ISDs.

Yes, we all are. The minimum age requirement to join ISD (all divisions) is 21.

No, Support Tickets sent in under the category Other > Forum Moderation (for specific complaints about CCL ) or Rules and Policies > Game Masters & ISD for general questions/complaints , go directly to CCP.
