Should you loose a ship to a server related disconnect, you can always try a petition to replace the loss as that would be valid grounds. Mention the skill point loss as well, they may help you out in that regard as well. The worst thing they can do is tell you "no", but at least you tried.

Already written petition. We shall see what comes of it. I have nothing against the loss of their own stupidity.
But again spend almost 4 days of training skill just because the server is down ... Does not add much optimism.

UPD. GM restore my ship and skill. I'm hapy now. Big smile
