Obviously my plan was that after having hauled out 50b in loot, I would rep up dozens of POS mods just to unanchor a 300m tower and drag that out as well.

Could we have done more? Absolutely. We could have had 24-hour hole control and rage-caged the POS and all that but at the same time, I don't expect my guys to pull shifts on a Tuesday either. We went in with what we had and they got the drop on us but we turned right back around and brought in an even bigger force to finish the job we started. It's a shame the gank fleet left after the first fight - we could have had a real showdown brawl. At the end of the day, though, one loss isn't going to shake our resolve. We got the tower, got the loot and headed back to our home (despite the massive server crash). Next time we won't underestimate the trolls

Actually no. When folks are doing something of their own free will, I am not going to mandate that they stay on all hours of the night maintaining wh control. Especially when even if they did, all the assets would just have been sd'd in the POS shields. This was not a mandatory op, and it wasn't a merc job. Troll all you like, nobody is taking the bait, and it still isn't going to change what the actual situation was. Lol
