I'm looking for a very specialized pilot that can fly Amarr T3 destroyer with all or close to all support skills maxed.
budget range? Well 7-20b depending on the SP, and how specialized it is.
sp range 15-40 mil

I reserve the right to not make any deals unless I feel the character is for me.
