When the subscription ends.

Okay, so at 19:21 I immediately got logged out of the forums.

"An error occured etc. etc."

The game did not kick me out until around half an hour later, at 20:05.


According to this post,
which links to a thread on the old forums ... let me quote ...

At 20:03 or 20:04 it told me, that ...

So there was half an hour "grace period" of which I would not even know of,
if I didn't know beforehand that my subscription would end.

I get a message that my connection will be terminated
and that I should check my details etc etc.


That's great!


But I get another message, a whole minute later,
telling me that I'm getting kicked out of the game.

BOOM, and out!



This is absolute nonsense!



I would guess the first message should leave me enough time to prolong my subscription?

Why would it tell me to check my subscription details and not leave me enough
time to make sure I am not getting kicked out of the game?




Is there an easy and fast way to get someone to take a look at this?

I am posting this for that one question regarding
what happens when a sub ends.

It takes. I am going to resub (sorry ;),
but thought I'd leave this as message.

There seems to be a grace period.
It's not bad to know, maybe someone eventually googles it. :)

When the sub ends it keeps rolling for an hour or two (?),
until it stops finally. I can't try to login atm but I guess that's still possible too.

Will post the time when I couldn't post anymore, too.

Sorry if this is inappropriate to post?

No, honestly.

The question came up lately so I thought I'd make a thread,
which people might google some day.

I can easily talk people out of a PLEX,
the last thing I need is a thread.

And don't troll me by donating a PLEX to prolong my sub,
making me wait for my sub running out.

No one believes me... -.-
Not sure if ISDs can see that my sub really ended already.

If I remember correctly you have 4 hours (?) to resub via PLEX. You can even when coming back after a longer period of time semi-activate your account via account management to get 4 hours time to activate a PLEX. Abuse bannable of course.

Try logging out and back in and see what happens.
