Contracts: Single Item vs Multiple Item

When creating single item contracts, the current "create contract" panel is overly complex and requires navigation thru multiple windows causing extra work on players and extra overhead to system.

Suggestion: provide a high level set of buttons to set "Single" or "Multiple". allow this selection to persist to next "create contract" request. Then, the navigation thru "Select Items" could be bypassed, and all fields necessary to complete the contract could be on the initial panel, [ price, description, duration, private/public, etc ]. This would significantly reduce the drudgery of creating single item contracts.

Then, when we need to change modes to creating multiple item contracts, simply select the "Multiple" item button, system could then revert back to the current panel which works quite well for what it's designed for; although, price/description/etc could be put on initial screen and eliminate one window [ this isn't a biggie for me as I rarely create multiple item contracts, so an occasional extra panel isn't a real heartburn ].

This approach seems to work very well for the "buy" and "sell" items where those panes offer "simple" and "advanced" modes. Simply asking for some variation of this existing practice to be extended to the "create contract".
