[WTB] New main character. Need 110M+ SP, PvP focused

I'm looking for at least 110M SP with a PvP focus.

At a minimum, should have all races frig/dessie/cruiser/bc/bs at V. All T2 gun and missile skills at IV, and solid drones, navigation, core, etc skills.

What have you got?

https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=416707&find=unread hey it's 1 ships skill off being able to fly every t2 in game but as you will see it has every t2 guns/most missiles good drones skills but again needs 1 skill to be so much better but all in all good acc
