Flys a Rapier(The Covert Ops Recon) but has ZERO skills for its missiles.

I don't think I can offer as it has no offence capabilities for whats will be using it for. Otherwise decent cruiser toon. Thanks for th post

See your first post and tell me where you wrote about offensive requirements. You said cyno, tank etc. If i knew i wouldn't bother.

No cruiser V but I believe meets the rest of your desired requirements plus spec'ed well for covops in 3 races.
