Does this character have any cybernetic implants plugged in? For example: Ocular Filter - Standard is an implant

Your security status is -1.5. This probably means you have been killing pilots in high security/ low security. So do any of these pilots that you have killed have kill rights against the character you are selling?

You never mentioned if you have a positive wallet. I do not want to buy a character with a negative amount of isk.

Not hard questions to answer. And until answered is not worth 40 billion isk.
