I purchased 2x PLEX and click pay now on transfer selected screen and i get error:

Character transfer is locked. Please contact Customer Support

mate right click the 2 plex and select send to redeem option then try again should work :)

I did it, i get error on pay page when i click pay. I used reedem option. Perhaps the problem is i leave my corp in the last 10 minute?
