Refinement of Drone Control

Would like to ask for some changes to the way drones are controlled.

It seems to me that drone control could use some love.

This is not asking for a nerf or a buff to anything (Although T2 salvage drones would be nice (tm)!!!) but instead a refinement to the way drones are controlled.

Is there any way to add functionality that would tell drones to target and engage independently?

That is, each drone locks and engages it's own target? This would be especially handy for salvaging.

It goes A LOT faster when each drone salvages it's own wreck.

Currently, it can be done manually but, it would be helpful (i.e. save a boatload of mouse clicks) if there was a setting for this.

It would also be equally important to have the setting to tell them to attack and engage together a single target for combat situations.

It would also be helpful to have a setting to tell drones to attack either the closest target to your ship or to attack a certian ship class first.

For example, drones attack as a group frigate class ships first.

It would also be very helpful to have them engage any hostile on grid (before they agress) without having to lock said target first (this would need to have on/off fuctionality as well).

This all might be bad for one reason or another but thought it was worth asking about to at least find out why not.

Thank you for your time and for your feedback!!

Please add to this if I have forgotten something.

Edited as requested to add some space. Hope this is a little easier to read now.

Reading this post hurts my eyes... How about putting some space between some of the sentences? Would make it much easier for the eyes to read.

Drones are not artifical intelligence. Drones that have attained that level of intelligence currently populate the eastern side of nullsec. The intelligence behind drones is the player.

If you want to salvage faster, bring a Noctis.
If you want your combat drones to attack certain targets, target them and order the drones to engage.

Additionally, if you had used the search function, you would have seen this same idea posted dozens of times. As this is a redundant thread, I have gone ahead and reported it as such.
