The FozzieSov changes, coupled with destructable stations, seems to be heavily favouring a nomadic playstyle over the more static and settled playstyle favoured today.

Is this a good thing? Is this what would benefit EVE the most? I don't know. But, it's coming so how can we best adapt to this change?

PL already has it sussed, having so many capitals and supers that they can litterally pack everything they will ever need and jump it to wherever they want to be, not to mention the military might to beat down any and all potential threats with overkill to spare. On top of that they dominate the lowsec moon mining scene which keeps them flush with enough cash to replace anything they lose.

Admittedly, this could change if/when supers are rebalanced but that could take a while.

What could make this playstyle more accessible to everyone else? Deployable structures will be of great use in this endevour, but are there any other suggestions for ships, modules or structures, (or mechanics!) to level the playing field a little more?

ok so 1 outpost are being destructible? thatll cause a lot less people to move out and take everything with them to null and people will probably dock at some random safepoint

2 PL and overkill, where have you been to miss PL constantly having the stuffing beat out of them? every fight ive seen with PL has led to them losing more then winning including the r-fight and the fight in amamake against amarr and gallente faction warfare pilots where they lost a titan and lots of other caps

there eventual goal they stated was removal of outposts and POSs as they are entirely, and have a new set of s/m/l/xl "stations" for the mooring feature that will be yes, destructable

they also talked bout an NPC delivery service or soemthing, that though i am opposed to
