As you were able to give China its own server, may I suggest the ISDs get their own server as well?

You can replicate the forums, have them post a thread, send replies to each other and then have them block each other out.

Dear CCP, I truly think this would be a progressive idea. Because, my dear CCP, ISDs need a permanent job and to entice them to block each other out would be a solution to make everybody happy.

ISDs were made to moderate the player forums.

Stop being a meanie to ISDs. It's not very nice.
