ID change in EVE for 20 bucks!!!

Dear sir,

I am not happy with my name as I find it offends me greatly, therefore Id like to change it.

CCP dont allow changes, and therefore Id like to pay to play with a different name.

I think 20 bucks for a new name is a nice idea.
