Lag with as game time progresses

I seem to have this weird issue.

At first i log in everything is ok a big more lag jumping thru the stargates since the last patch but as my time in game progress the lag worsens... the more i lag in game the more laggy it becomes unplayable.. it never lagged with the before this patch.. i have toned the graphics but it doesn't seem to help.

Any help would be welcome.

I've been having progressive frame rate issue's. Not sure if that's what you are referring to or actually network latency. After play for a while my FPS start dropping lower and lower. I thought at first it was something to do with the Beta map which I keep open but I've ruled that out. With the graphics options I use I tend to stay right at the 60fps cap with small dips here and there (UI interaction for one) but tonight for example my FPS just kept getting lower and lower till I was only hitting 20-30 max. The game was getting pretty choppy by that point and I was having some IGB issue's as well so I just called it a night and started some PC maintenance.
