So the story is I had my ship destroyed by some jerks i guess and so i baught the same one but the closest one was in another area and i already paid for the ship but when i got to the space station it was at i cant dock as a pod because its not part of my Gallente faction its part of the Caldari faction. The space station told me i can enter if i retire from my faction, so i guess im going to do that in order to collect my ship... Can someone explain how i can exit my faction?

Leave your current coporation.

You are currently a member of the Gallante Faction Warfare NPC corp, so are engaged in the NPC driven conflict in Low-Sec.
One of its side-effects is not to be able to dock in Enemy controlled stations in Low-Sec.

If you drop your corporation, this limitation is lifted.
Just right click your name in game and select Quit Corporation? and Confirm. This will move you to an NPC corporation. - source Eve Uni Wiki

P.s.

Stop calling people that kill you jerks.

It makes you look stupid.

P.p.s.

Still amazed how many people join FW without knowing what they are joining and why (OP you are not the only person in your situation).

FW isnt really for new players because of the limitations it imposes on where you can go and what you can do. Also the whole point of FW is for people to shoot at each other. So if someone kills you, they're not "jerks" but rather opponents, playing the game you agreed to play.

I don't play, I just fourm warrior.

I'm not sure that everyone would agree that FW is really for / not for any player based on age.
Even high sec has limitations that it imposes on where you can go and what you can do (standings, crime watch etc).

Its just an area in the game. Some folk may hate it, others love it. Either way its a bit independent on a players time in game.

I have seen newbies thrive in Faction Warfare (with the proper guidence and support of course).

Also, OP... where is your corp in all this? You shouldn't have to leave your corporation over a ship that is, to any non-newbie , basically worth pennies. Ask them for help.

Gentleman and a scholar. I have friends who joined FW a few days after starting EVE, flew Derptrons and Derp Slashers, had a blast. They were richer than me in a few months too What?

Fac War is a great place for new players.

OPS problem seems more about how intuitive the market is. It would be really cool to see CCP take a look at making the market more intuitive.

Im not sure what you mean about hs imposing restrictions on where you can go. Sure missions may screw your standings with one faction or another but that is a relatively slow process compared to fw. A brand new player to the game has no real idea yet where they want to go or what they want to do. By joining fw they severely limit their options before they have an opportunity to look around and see what is what in eve.

I don't play, I just fourm warrior.

Counter point: FW can be joined and left with just a few mouse clicks Smile

Want LP and targets, hop into the NpC corp.
Want to dock or need to make that run to jita/amar wherever? Drop back to the non FW corp like the op did in just a few clicks.

More options are good for a character of any age in my opinon of course :)
