PVE site for pirate activity low sec

Possible type of sites to warp to without needing probe scanning (green anomalies):

Guarded storage vaults by empire / navy in low sec, in non F.W areas, containing loot.

Add roaming ore faction industrial ships that you can attack and loot the same way circadian seekers roam and move around.
