New ships like these are immediately followed by a spate of destruction.

We must accommodate the idiocracy.

That will be quite good for moving around granted, but due the fact that it will most likely going to be a very expencive ship in few months --> years, it will not be optimal for moving around.

I will just store it in jita and wait for the value to increase, while shuttleing around with my nano ceptor

Still loving the LEOPARD, for pure speed thrills and it's glossy "tie-fighter" appeal. Cool

I think by blasting this particular Icelandic Classic [NSFW] when punching through a gate camp would certainly make people angry :v

There will be tears when these things start popping.. there will be tears indeed.

All I care about at this point is getting all mine built before the price comes down too much. I was a little slow getting them in to build and still have another half hour left before the first run is ready.

This - there was a 400M ISK buy order this morning - that is ridiculous.

This might replace my Viator since I tend to like the T2 transports for cloaking and speed and tend not to use much of the cargo hold. This ship has a better inertia modifier, shield, armor, velocity and have an extra low slot plus indirection/disruptor immunity. Not as many out there as something like the Gnosis and a bit nicer than the Leopard, but should stay affordable (maybe settling to 100-200m?) with so many out there. This is perfect for cruising around non-concord systems.

It is immune to bubbles, NOT to points. You can still be tackled by frigates with scrams. It has cruiser agility and mass (this affects the effectiveness of the mwd-cloak trick), battlecruiser base armor/shields, and LOW CPU and powergrid that may limit the amount of extra tank you can put on it.

So if you tank it, you can be tackled by a single frigate, and no guns to shoot it (high slot = covops cloak). If you warp core stabilize it, you can probably be one-shotted by any of the currently popular ganking ships, especially since the value of the yacht is more than the value of a ganking BC or a whole slew of destroyers.

CCP sometimes likes to run social experiments; the ship's supposed invulnerability is a trick.

Actually it has frigate-like agility. And why on earth would you want to mwd+cloak with a covops cloak???

I'm not sure when social experimentation, trolling and being an ******** all got mushed together.
Nobody thinks this ship is invulnerable, but it has to be better than most ships the same size for tooling around a few null systems sightseeing. That's a good thing.
Of course intel channels will cause smartbombs and instalockers to congeal on bottlenecks more than usual, but getting highsec barnacles to slip around null for a sniff is always going to be a good thing, shiploss or not.
