Patch Not Updating - Freezes Before It's Even Started

Launcher loads up fine but goes no further than to tell me "Downloading Eve Launcher Update" and just hangs.

I have tried.........

The repair tool........"please wait while downloading the new version". No progress, just sits unmoving, task manager reports program not responding and either sits doing jack all or crashes and closes.

Running all the usual as admin........no change

Tried to reinstall the launcher as per the beta technical support but that file also will not start the download.

Reboot both comp and router and try all of the above again.........no change


Can we get a link to manually download the patch and apply it that way bypassing the launcher?
