Game twitching out since patch??

So since I downloaded the patch my game seems to freeze up for a few seconds at a time . I noticed it while I was running lvl 4 mission . anyone else having this problem??

I always have freezes when i jump systems (1-2 freeze while in tunnel), when i dock/undock, when i work with market, when i scroll over 400+ list of locals....
Something about Internet they said. But i have never had any lags outside of Eve What?

Not me. Do you have the file cache on a different drive (not partition) than the main exe?


ps. I have checked resource cache enabled under the graphic/display options.

Just ran a level IV. Only problem I had was the empty wrecks weren't appearing.
Not on the overview - like "appearing" at all.

We must accommodate the idiocracy.

Got a little twitchy for me while ratting. Mostly during fast camera moves. Such as camera changes from one target to another and a fast orbit around a rat. Not game breaking for me, but noticeable and kind of annoying, but my twitches weren't seconds long. More like a quick screen freeze and release.

Moving camera - freeze
Moving camera WHILE locking something - massive freeze
Locking multiple targets at the same time: stuttering freezes.

Gun cycle: half way - freeze, - rest of the cycle - stutter.. rinse repeat.


I wont be doing anything exciting or dangerous today :P

Everything seems to be working just fine as far as I'm concerned.

My theory is:

Before: click on thing -> client executes command.
Now: click on thing -> OMG DO I HAVE THIS TEXTURE???? Where is it, where is it!! (search the hard drive) Oh there it is. -> client executes command.

Im having the same problem....In anomalies games freeze every few seconds,and then it goes back normal....

having the same issue with empty wrecks not appearing in game. I can see the wrecks with loot, but after killing NPC and if the wreck does not have loot, the wreck will not appear. Giving commands to salvage drones to "salvage" gives an error of "no suitable wrecks found to salvage". I am currently running a L2 Blockade mission.
