Need a reset for tagging 1-9 and A-I

Hi,
Please add a command and potential shortcut for resetting the tag counter for the 1-9 and A-I sequences. It would be very helpful in the sense that any command and shortcut is a practical timesaver and problem avoider. The common approach of tagging through what you need then advancing the last one to 9 or I is error prone and a bit silly.
