mordus legion rat belt and clone soildier hunting

I'm considering setting up a fit for the stratios,with the objective of the above title. The reason why I choose the stratios the fact it has great drone dps and it can make use of covert ops cloak witch is vital to survival Iin high activity and mid activity low sec, see how long you last with an Ishtar, anyway before I go threw the effort of crafting said fit for this ship, does anyone have any re comended dps against mordus legion rats and the clone soildiers?

I use a Comet but I can't pop the Mordu Legion battleship rat. The cruiser isn't a problem though.

Covert ops vital in high and low? A t2 cloak is enough for lowsec.
you wont get caught in low in an ishtar or any other cruiser if you dont want to fight. (Except lag, stupidity etc)

In low sec you don't need Cov ops cloaks, or any cloak for that manner. You can dock up in any station.

A t2 cloak + mwd is nice / necessary for travelling in low. The cloak saved me many times as you can evade most gatecamps.

The barghest has a tanking threshold of around 5-600(ish) dps , I don't remember it's resistance profile or it's own dps off hand ,
so sorry.

You will want to kill it quickly and gtfo so the more dps you can squeeze out of your hull the better, the stratios with good skills should be able for it , I know it can handle the other two but I haven't actually tried it on the barghest yet, iv been using a ham legion for that.
