I would advice you to invest one more PLEX for Training.

I guess you could only get 2B for her atm (if you are lucky) due to the really low
Amount of SP and her Employment History.

Employment History shows that a Character is "used". Most Player like Characters with no Employment History :)

If you keep the focus on Mining, like training towards Mining Barge V and Exhumers III or IV I guess up to 3B.
