Unfortunately the character transfer system seems to be playing silly buggers and it won't recognise that there are two plex in my hanger...

I'm going to ticket it and try again after downtime.

I'm very sorry for the delay. If you would rather I sent you the ISK back please let me know.

The account is being transferred. Unfortunately it is also being transferred with the two plex I'd bought to pay for the transfer.

I had initially attempted to use my credit card to transfer the character but the system "timed out" and I assumed it hadn't gone through. Apparently it had accepted the credit card.

Any chance that you could send the Plex back? Big smile
